PEOPLE... WHO NEEDS THEM?

Someone once
said, "God doesn't judge you
by what you give, but by what you have left." Wow, how true is that!
Some
people give what seems to be a lot, but if they have a whole lot more,
what
they gave is actually not such a big deal, not really. But then someone
else
may not give what seems to be a lot, but to them it IS a lot. It's all
relative.
So, what counts is not really how much you give, but how much you've
got left. I think this holds true for what we give of our time also. We
are ALL
so busy these days. We don't have time for things. We often don't have
time for
PEOPLE.... or rather we don't MAKE TIME for them. Often times not even
for
those who love us the most, and care the most.
But when all is said and done,
life really IS about relationships. Life is about people. For
everything we do,
or would LIKE to do, we have to have people involved at some point. So,
life is
all about relationships, and it takes TIME to cultivate relationships.
There's
no way of getting around it. You may say that people are always causing
problems. To some degree that may be true. But, it is also PEOPLE who
make
things possible, make your life rewarding, and, if you let them....
make you a
better and more successful person.
MAKE time for those who care about you. Care
about THEM, --- and show it, by giving them your TIME.
